This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot retrieve a docket, issue a certified copy, reschedule a hearing, seal a record, or give legal advice. Those matters belong with Freeborn Court Administration or the court that holds the record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Freeborn County District Court records are kept through Court Administration, not by this private reference resource. Minnesota Court Records Online provides eligible public case, document, hearing, and judgment information. A public terminal and the local counter may be needed when an eligible record is not remotely available.
- Case or Register of Actions: use Docket Search and select Freeborn County in MCRO.
- Court date: use the Court Schedule, the hearing notice, or Court Administration.
- Certified or exemplified copy: complete the statewide copy-request process through Court Administration.
- Traffic payment question: use the Minnesota Court Payment Center at (800) 657-3611.
- City ordinance or council record: contact the relevant city clerk, not Court Administration.
